The Radiant Rose Salon Policies

• Cancellation within 24 hours Charge 50% of the service total for appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time. 
• other wise they require a non-refundable charge of 60% Of the initial service total.
•  No-show Appointments: Clients will be immediately Charged  85% - 100% of the initial service total, if they do not show up  for their appointment or try and cancel within 2 hours of their appointment time. 
• (no-show appointments are disruptive to the stylist’s day and pay!)
• Deposit If a service Requires a deposit, a percentage or fixed amount of the service cost will need to be paid prior to booking the appointment And to secure the appointment and is there to hold the client more responsible in making sure that they make they appointment day and time
• . This deposit will go towards the cost of the service at checkout if you show up, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 4 hours or less prior to appointment time and day or if the client doesn't show up at all!  
• Three-strike policy:  We have a 3 strike policy and that meansbe, if a ckient late cancels 3 times, they then will not be allowed to book or cancel their own spoi and will have to call the salon to sched. they also will not be guven the time slot they may want if another appointntment who hasnt hit 3 strikes also wants that time slot. 
• If a client no shows 3 times within a 3 year period, they will not be allowed back to the salon for services or they will need to oay a $100 fee and will not be allowed to make or cancel their appointments for one year after the third no show. We will explain the policy after the first late cancel or now show and will also Give  a warning for the second last-minute cancellation or No show. our policy is, you MUST cancel your appointment more than 48 hours proor to your appointment time, to avoid any charges or consequences. within 24 hours. 
• After a late cancels third occurrence, there may be a charge a fee they will be required to pay, and  payment must be made before booking any Future appointments.
  
• so PLEASE, be mindful of the stylists time and livelihood and be sure to cancel MORE than 48 hours prior to your appointment start time.
  
  at 48 hours or less, charges and fees will be applied and carried out to the fullest extent. We stand by our policies and they were put in place for a reason!
