🌹🌹The Radiant Rose Salon’s Policies…..🌹🌹

~The salon is not responsible for any damage to client's clothing that may occur during hair color or bleaching services. Clients are advised to wear old or protective clothing as hair color and bleach can stain.


~ALL SCHEDULED SERVICES REQUIRE A CARD TO BE ON FILE FOR THE CLIENT RECEIVING THE SERVICE; OTHERWISE, THE BOOKING CANNOT BE COMPLETED! ~~

(Minors are required to have a parent’s card on file)


REFUND POLICY: 

The Radiant Rose Salon and it’s stylists top priority, every single time, is in providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service/outcome, for every single appointment. 

Unfortunately, All of our services are NON refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.
If
you have any questions or concerns about the service you received, and in order for us to find a solution to either adjust, fix or discount future services for the inconvenience, you have 48 hours from The time you checked out, to contact the salon and notify us of the issue,  so we may figure out a solution or to adjust/ fix anything for you, free of charge, that you’re not satisfied with.
After 48 hours, any adjustments made, will be considered and charged as a full cost service again.

Within the 48 hours, after you were checked out of that appointment, We guarantee to make every effort to fix the problem as needed and within reason, so you’ll leave loving your look!  
We appreciate your understanding!


🌹 LATE CANCELATION’S & NO-SHOW POLICY:
Once you make an appointment with us, it is reserved on our schedule, specifically for you.
We recognize that issues may occasionally arise that may affect your scheduled service with us.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we require that you do so 49 hours or more, in advance to your scheduled service’s start time.

OUR POLICY:

Cancellations and reschedules made 49 hours or more before appointment start, will not incur a fee or penalty of any kind. 

Cancellations and reschedules made less than 49 hours before the appointment start time, will be charged 80% of the scheduled service total.

Cancellations or Reschedules (12hrs or less) or refusal/neglect to show up for your scheduled appointment,  will be charged, 100% of the scheduled service.

Showing up more than 15 minutes after your appointment start time, will require a reschedule of that appointment and will incur a fee/charge of $35.

All charges will be made to the card  you put on file with us.

Note: If you do NOT receive a cancellation confirmation, whether verbally, by email, or by text, your appointment may not have been properly cancelled or rescheduled and you could still be charged the late cancellation or no-show fees. (You will ALWAYS receive confirmation of cancellation)

🌹REFUND POLICY:

All salon services are final and non refundable.

🌹PRICING POLICY:

All prices quoted or appearing in print are  STARTING AT, prices and are subject to change without notice.

**All gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.**

ALL products must be 3/4 full and you must show proof of purchase!


🌹Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy with your service, You have 48 hours after time of checkout, time and day of your original service, to come in and have us adjust or fix any problems you’re having. You may have ONE service to fix the issue, not multiple. Aflyer the initial Adjustment, any other fixes that are needed will be associated with a charge, but we will gladly work with you to fix it. 

Due to the nature of the services, we do NOT offer or give payment refunds. All Services are final sales.

When booking some of our  services, you WILL be required to pay a deposit before booking. Deposits are non-refundable when services are canceled 48 hours or less from your services start time.  (48 hrs or less, you will be charged: Late Cancel:80%  of initial Service total and 12 hrs or less cancelation notification/ NO Shows Will be charged 100% of booked service total.)


If you refuse payment, have insufficient funds or leave the salon without payment, we have the right to report you  to the authorities and we will proceed with legal  action and charges.  

🌹Wedding  Party or Large Group Policy:

As a courtesy to our staff professionals, we require a 6-day cancellation notice. A credit/debit card will be required to reserve all appointments. Any cancellations made with less than 6 days' notice will be charged 50% of the canceled service(s) to the credit card on file. The client will be responsible for the full value of the services booked. Tardiness of 30 mins or more, will be considered a "No-show" and result in 100% of the cost of the booked service(s) will be placed on the credit card. 

🌹Lateness/No Show Policy:

We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may affect your appointment with us. Last-minute cancellations and "no-shows" are detrimental to our business. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Confirmations are a courtesy, not an obligation on our part. If you have not received a confirmation it does not waive cancellation fees. Missed appointments may incur the following fees.

Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled service: No Charge.

Cancellation 48 hours before service, 25% of Service Charge

Cancellations less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before service: 50% of Service Charge

Cancellations 24 hours or less before service, 75% of service charge.

Cancellations on the day of service:  90% of initial service total
No Shows: 100% of initial service total 



🌹Non Payments:

If you leave the salon for any reason, without paying for Any part of your servicel, trying to avoid Payment for your service, you WILL be charged 100% of the service charge and the authorities will be called and a report for theft of services will be made. If you forgot something at home during or after your service is complete and haven’t yet paid, you MUST leave your credit card and ID with us and will get them back after we receive payment.




🌹Privacy Policy:

Customer information in our files is used to improve your services and to send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties
